WELCOME 2008

It is the afternoon in the United States December 31, 2007, but here in Australia it is already 2008 about eight hours ago. Above are a few pictures that I took from our hotel room watching the fireworks in the Sydney Harbour over the Bridge and the Opera House. Not bad pictures for an amateur? The fireworks were just spectacular as the pictures do not give them justice but gives you a small token of what Tressa and I saw in person.
We look forward to coming home to continue the growth and prosperity of all of our members, associates and of IAB. I thank all of you for your support and dedication for a challenging but very rewarding 2007. Also, I am very confident that 2008 - WILL BE GREAT!

CLIMBING INTO THE NEW YEAR!

Well, we really are ending this year. We were very excited to certify that this indeed was the 2nd best year in membership revenues for IAB. This was a marvelous accomplishment with all the challenges that we met during the last couple of years. Our hats off to all of our members, associates and management and employees of IAB. A wonderful year upon which to reflect.
It is our hope that even with the challenges that each one of you faced individually and as a family, that it was a very good year for you also.
As reported earlier, Tressa and I are ending the year 2007 and welcoming in 2008 in Sydney, Australia. We are having a good time and enjoying this part of the world. The Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, and other sites in the city have been great to see.
Yesterday, Tressa and I climbed to the top of the Harbour Bridge. This is the same bridge that will have the famous fireworks on New Years Eve. It was an incredible experience as the tour was very well arranged for safety reasons, but the walk was on the actual structures of the Bridge and provided a beautiful view of the city. It was somewhat intense at times, but well worth it.
2008 will be a great year with the NEW IAB. We are so anxious to usher in the new year that we will be doing it 17 hours before those in Texas do so. At 7 AM in the morning of December 31, 2007 in Dallas, it will be midnight here in Sydney and all the fireworks will start on the Bridge. Tressa and I will be watching it from our hotel room and we will start the New Year 17 hours before those do in Texas.
I hope that you enjoy some of the pictures of Tressa and I in Sydney.
With one week to go, lets end this year on a high note and begin the new year with renewed spirits and new goals and commitments. I am confident that together we will make 2008 the best year ever for all of us.

THE FINISH LINE FOR 2007

We are quickly approaching the finish line for 2007. It does seem that time flys by fast. To me it seems that we just started a new year and here we are getting ready for 2008!
First, I would like to say that I hope that this year has been a good one for you. We all face challenges each year, but this year has truly been a memorable one for myself and all of us here at IAB. This was our second best year ever and we anticipate an even greater year for 2008! I wish this for you, too.

At IAB we are very excited about "THE NEW IAB". It is being called this because we have listened to our members and associates along with working very closely with regulators and new guidelines that many states have imposed for the benefit of its citizens. With all of this in mind, you will be very pleased with the changes at IAB. Please keep in touch with corporate through its phone conferences, email communications, and all of its announcements so that you do not miss out on all of these very, very exciting changes.

We hope that the holiday season is very pleasant for you and your family. It is a good time to spend more time with those we love and to reflect upon the good things of the year and to build upon these positives for the future. Also, we can reflect upon the things that did not go so well and learn from this also. Learning form the good and the bad is what builds character and success for the future.

Tressa and I are spending the end of the year and the beginning of next year many miles away from Dallas. For the last week we have been resting in the Tahiti Islands. Above are a few pictures of our over the water bungalow in Bora Bora. Later this week we head to Australia to spend a few weeks there. We already are enjoying a much needed rest in this beautiful area of the world and look forward to our visit to what is referred to as the "Down Under". I am sure that we will be more than ready to return home in January to be part of a fantastic year for all of us at IAB. We very much wish you the best and may 2008 be a great year for you, too.
